Hello and Happy New Year to all of you!
New Year - new challenge at Country View Challenges! This time my lovely team mate Craftyfield has chosen the theme "Cityscape/Landscape".
This is what she says:
The theme for January is Cityscape/Landscape, chosen by Craftyfield.
For this challenge we want to see countryside or city scenes. Seascapes and mountain scenes are OK too, but a single house with or without garden, a few trees do not constitute a landscape... Feel free to add faeries or critters however, the scenes do not need to be realistic!Last year I went with my daughter on a wonderful vacation to the USA and Canada. I made a Travel Journal, in which I wanted to write all our adventures day by day.
But - we were so busy, that I didn´t make it to fill the pages meanwhile the travel. So I hoarded all the cards, tickets, bits and bobs, wrote on a notepad, what we did every day and thought, I´ll fill the journal, when we are back home.
Well, you guessed it already...... Life went to it´s normal course and the travel journal sat in a drawer, waiting to be filled.
Now, thank you Christine for giving me the reason to work on it 😉😊
