Do you want some chocolate?

Hello dear friends, nice to have you here!
Today I want to share my second project for the challenge "humorous" at Country View Challenges.
I made another tag with a fun sentiment.

In English it means: Chocolate has few vitamins. That's why you have to eat a lot of it. =)
This time I didn´t make step x step photos, so I try to subscribe what I did.
First I took a tag from CCB and drew lines for the chocolate. Then I painted the chocolate pieces with stabilo woody 3 in 1 in brown, black and white.
Next I took two stripes of foil tape, crumpled them up to crease wrinkles. Then I stamped the "torn hole" from Sheena Douglas and embossed it with black embossing powder.
I cut  it out, inside and the outlines.
Now I stamped the same stamp on a patternd paper, cut out the middle and glued it on the tag.
I added the foil piece and stamped the sentiment, cut it to stripes and glued it in the hole.
I distressed the edges with black ink, stamped some pattern on the paper and at last I added some ribbons.

I hope you liked my tag and will find time to join our challenge!
Thank you for your visit and have a wonderful day!

Tag with a fun sentiment for Country View Challenges

Hello dear visitors, nice to have you here!
Today it is the first of May - wow, how time flies - and we have a new challenge for you at Country View Challenges. This time my lovely team mate Monika has chosen the theme "Be humorous".
I took a fun sentiment and made a tag.

And here are some steps:
First I took a Bulk Kraft Market Tag from Canvas Corp Brands and glued it onto some leftover cardboard from a packaging to make it a little bit sturdier.

After this I glued scraps from old book pages randomly on the surface to add texture.

Now I applied Pentart modeling paste through a stencil from 13@rts.

Now I painted the tag with a light wash of white Gesso.

Time for some color: I used PaperArtsy Infusions Olive Green and Green Man.

Then I added Lindy´s Stamp Gang Embossing Powder Luminous Lemon for some contrast.

I stamped some texture background stamps with white Gesso and VersaFine CLAIR Nocturne, with this I also distressed the edges of the tag to frame it.

Next I stamped the sentiment from LaBlanche on cardstock and embossed it with Lindy´s Stamp Gang Embossing Powder Obviously Black. Then I cut out the cardstock and colored it with Distress Oxide squeezed lemonade. To frame it I distressed the edges with the black versafine ink.

In English this means: A man must do what he has to do. And a woman must tell him, what it is.

I took one of the Tim Holtz Paper Dolls, added some washi tape and glued them down with Matte Medium from DecoArt. The sentiment I glued down with foam tape.
I surrounded the paper dolls with a white gel pen, stamped some rings with white acrylic paint with the lid of a spray bottle and a waterbrush and last I put a ribbon on top of the tag.

Here are some close ups:

Well, I hope you liked my tag and feel inspired, to join in with our challenge this month!
