C'est Magnifique September Kit Sneak Peek!

Hi! I'm excited to share the first look at the C'est Magnifique September Kit today. The patterned paper for September is the Cocoa Vanilla Studio Hello Lovely Collection. This kit is amazing! LO Summer!

Hallo zusammen, ich wünsche euch einen schönen Sonntag!
Mein zweites Layout für C´est Magnifique Kits mit den August Kits ist ein absolutes Sommer Layout. Hier habe ich mit jeder Menge Modelling paste und Gesso und blauen Sprühfarben gearbeitet, ich wollte, dass man so richtig das Wasser spritzen sieht. Der Schmetterling ist aus Donna Downey Screenprinted Canvas: Butterflies von Prima, das im Magnifique August Mixed Media Kit beinhaltet ist, ausgeschnitten.

My second layout for C´est Magnifique Kits in August is an absolutly summer one. Here I worked with lots of modelling paste, gesso and blue mists, I wanted to show the spritzing water. The butterfly is cut out of Donna Downey Screenprinted Canvas: Butterflies from Prima, which is included in the Magnifique August Mixed Media Kit.

LO Beautiful Audrey with Video Tutorial

Hallo zusammen, schön, dass ihr vorbeischaut!
Heute habe ich mein erstes August Layout für C´est Magnifique Kits mit einem Foto von Audrey Hepburn für euch. Vor einiger Zeit hatte ich schon einmal ein Foto von ihr verwendet, hier könnt ihr es ansehen.
Hier habe ich das August Main Kit, das Magnifique August Mixed Media Kit, Flower Add-On und das  Embellishment Add-On verwendet.
Die wunderschönen Papiere der Dovecraft Bohemian Collection bieten sich geradezu an, viele der Blumen und Schmetterlinge auszuschneiden.

I used the August Main Kit, the Magnifique August Mixed Media Kit, Flower Add-On and the Embellishment Add-On.
The wonderful papers of the Dovecraft Bohemian Collection are offering themselves to be fuzzy cut the flowers and butterflies.

CAS Card with Lindy´s Magicals and a little photo tutorial

Hallo liebe Blogfreunde, schön, dass ihr hier vorbei schaut!
Heute war der letzte Schultag - 6 Wochen keine Schule! Juhuuu!
Zum Schuljahresende brauchte mein Chef noch ein paar "Danke schön" Karten und ich habe mir für eine schnelle Variante entschieden.

Today it was the last day of school - school´s out for summer! Yeah!!
At least my boss needed some "Thank you" cards and I decided to make a quickly variation.

 Ich habe gestempelt und mit den Magicals von Lindy´s Stamp Gang gearbeitet. Ich liebe diese kleinen Pülverchen, mit denen man so spektakuläre Ergebnisse erzielen kann! Die einzelnen Arbeitsschritte habe ich für euch fotografiert als kleine Anleitung:
I stamped one image and worked with the Magicals from  Lindy´s Stamp Gang. I really love these little magic powders, you can get such spectaculary results with them! I took some photos for a little step by step tutorial:

Hier sind die Materialien, die ihr für die Karte braucht:
Here you can see, what you need for the cards: 

Ihr braucht eine Karte, weißes Kartenpapier für den Aufleger, farbiges Tonpapier, etwas größer als der Topper, etwas kleiner als die Karte, einen Stempel (hier: LaBlanche), Archival Ink in schwarz, die Magicals (hier: Industrial chic und Sweet Treats, davon benutzt: Cotton Candy pink, TiffanyLou Blue, Rusty Latern Lime, Dark Chocolate Brown), einen weichen Haarpinsel, Wasser, Heißföhn und einen schwarzen Stift.
You need a card, white Cardstock for the topper, coloured cardstock, a bit bigger than the topper and a bit smaller than the card, a stamp (here: LaBlanche), Archival Ink in Jet Black, the Magicals (here: Industrial chic and Sweet Treats, from them I usend:  Rusty Latern, Cotton Candy pink, TiffanyLou Blue, Lime, Dark Chocolate Brown), a soft brush, water, heating tool and a black pencil.

Das Motiv stempeln. Ich habe Archival Ink benutzt, es geht aber jedes andere wasserfeste Stempelkissen genauso.


stamp the motiv with Archival Ink. You can use every water resist Ink too.










Schritt 2:
Step 2:

Nun kommen die Magicals zum Einsatz: mit dem weichen Pinsel von jeder Farbe einfach eine ganz kleine Menge auf das Papier stäuben. Wichtig: nicht zu viel und nicht zu dick! Man kann jeder Zeit noch "nachlegen", aber erst mal vorsichtig.
Now it´s time for the Magicals: take your soft brush and sprinkle a little bit of each color over your cardstock. Important: not too much and not too thick! You can add more later if you want more colour, but first be careful.

Jetzt kann der Zauber beginnen :)! Über die Magicals Wasser sprühen, die Farbe mit dem Wasser aktivieren und laufen lassen. Ich liebe diesen Effekt - immer anders und einmalig!
Let the magic begin :)! Spray with water over the magicals and let the colour react and run. I love the beautiful effect - every time different and unique.

Nun nur noch das Ganze mit dem Heißföhn trocknen und die Einzelteile zusammen setzten.
Ich habe den Schriftzug ausgedruckt und mit dem schwarzen Stift ein paar Striche ergänzt - fertig!
Now dry with the heat tool and put all parts of the card together. I printed "Thank you" and added only some strokes with a black pencil - ready!
