LO "Remember" - for C´est Magnifique Kits

Hallo zusammen!
Heute möchte ich mein nächstes LO mit dem  March Kit von C´est Magnifique Kits zeigen.
Für dieses Layout habe ich ein altes Foto von meiner Mutter aus den frühen 60er Jahren verwendet.
Das März Kit ist absolut romantisch und erinnert und schreit geradezu danach, es mit alten Fotos im Vintage- und Shabby chic Stil zu verarbeiten. Für dieses Project habe ich das Main Kit, Flower Add-On, Embellishment Add-On und Magnifique Mixed Media Kit verwendet.

Today I´m sharing my next March Kit project.

For this layout I used an old photo of my mother back from the early 60s.

 This kit is absolutely romantic and reminds me of the past, so my projects are in the shabby chic and vintage style. For this LO I used the Main Kit, Flower Add-On, Embellishment Add-On and Magnifique Mixed Media Kit.

Das Foto habe ich mit dem Kork aus dem Main Kit und dem hübschen gehäkelte Deckchen, das ich in der Mitte durchgeschnitten habe, hinterlegt. Die Folien-Uhren sind absolut genial und für ein wenig "Bling-Bling" sorgen die Prima Say it in Crystal Glitzersteinchen.

I matted the photo with the cork from the Main Kit and the pretty crochet doily, cut in the half. I love the acetate clock faces! At last I added some Prima Say It In Crystals Gems for a little bling.

Die Holzbuchstaben habe ich erst mit Gesso grundiert und mit Sprühfarbe passend coloriert. Für mehr Struktur habe ich mit einer Schablone und der im Mixed Media Kit enthaltenen Antique Mocha paint, die ich aufgetupft habe, gesorgt. Der Blätterstempel ist ebenfalls im Mixed Media Kit enthalten.

The wood letters I first coated with Gesso and then colored with mist. I used a stencil with the Antique Mocha paint included in the Mixed Media Kit to add a print to the background. The stamp is from the Mixed Media Kit too.

Unglaublich aber wahr - es ist schon der erste März und bei C´est Magnifique Kits haben wir eine neue Sketch Challenge. Den Sketch hat die Designerin Debbie Burns entworfen.

Das tolle Papier aus dem März Kit lädt geradezu dazu ein, alte Fotos zu verwenden. Auch die wunderbaren Zutaten aus den Ergänzungssets passen perfect (Links siehe unten).
Das Foto auf meinem LO zeigt eine Urgroßtante von mir - ich finde das Foto einfach großartig!

The gorgeous paper from the C´est Magnifique March Kit is perfect for the use of really old photos, also all the Add Ons (Flower Add On, Embellishment Add On, Magnifique Mixed Media Kit) are fitting perfect too!

Meine Tochter liebt es mit Nagellack zu experimentieren. Diese Fotos sind bei einem ihrer Versuche entstanden - es war sehr lustig!

LO "Little Witch" for DT C´est Magnifique Kits

Hallo zusammen,
schön, dass ihr bei mir vorbeischaut!
Heute möchte ich euch mein zweites Layout mit dem Februar Kit  und dem February Magnifique Mixed Media Kit von C´est Magnifique Kits zeigen.
Das Foto habe ich von meiner Tochter vor ein paar Jahren an Fasching aufgenommen. Sie war als Hexe verkleidet. Ich liebe dieses Foto - sie sieht so richtig schön hexig aus (;o).

The photo of my daughter I made some years ago on carnival. She was costumed as a witch. I love this photo - she looks so pretty "witchy" (;o). 

Für den Hintergrund habe ich mich ein wenig an der Arbeitsweise von Stephanie Papin orientiert, deren Arbeiten mir sehr gut gefallen.
For the background I oriented me to the gorgeous work of  Stephanie Papin.  I really like her projects very much.
