Mixed Media Canvas "Love"

Hallo zusammen, heute möchte ich euch mein letztes Projekt mit den February Enchanted Garden kits von C'est Magnifique vorstellen. Diesmal habe ich ein Canvas gemacht, passend zum Valentinstag im Februar ganz in pink und einem Herzchen. ;-). Wenn ihr mögt, schaut euch gerne mein Video dazu an, viel Vergnügen!

Hi all, nice to have you here! Today I want to show you my last project made with the February Enchanted Garden kits from C'est Magnifique. This time I made a canvas, fitting to the Valentines Day in February, all in pink and with a little heart ;-). I´ve made a process video, if you want, please watch and enjoy!

Two Layouts for C´est Magnifique February Kits

Heute möchte ich euch zwei Layouts zeigen, die ich mit den February Enchanted Garden kit from C'est Magnifique gemacht habe.

Today I want to share two layouts with you, which I made with the February Enchanted Garden kit from C'est Magnifique 

My first page shows my daughter last summer blowing soap bubbles.

My next page is a fun page. I found this photo at flickr and it was so perfect for to add the little Midi Prills from the Mixed Media Kit!

Karte zum Ruhestand - Card for Retirement

Hallo zusammen, schön, dass ihr bei mir hereinschaut!
Heute habe ich mal wieder eine Karte für euch. Ein Kollege geht in den Ruhestand und verabschiedet sich am Freitag. Dafür habe ich diese Karte gemacht.
Nachdem ich eine große Verehrerin von Astrid McLeans Kunst bin, habe ich mich bei meiner Karte ein wenig an ihrer Arbeit orientiert.

Today I want to share a card with you. A colleague retires and says farewell on friday.
After being a admirer of Astrid McLeans art work, I oriented my work a bit on hers.  

Den Hintergrund habe ich mit 3 verschiedenen Schablonen, 6 verschiedenen Stempeln und rub ons von  Canvas Corps Brands und LaBlanche gemacht.
I made my own background, using 3 different stencils, 6 different stamps and rub ons from Canvas Corps Brands and LaBlanche.

Der Mittelpunkt ist ein Stempel von LaBlanche, den ich mit Archival Ink Jet Black gestempelt und klar embosst habe. Er ist mit papieren von  Canvas Corps Brands, einem ausgestanzten Ziffernblatt und verschiedenen Papierresten aus meinem Vorrat unterlegt. Danach habe ich "Alles Liebe" gestempelt und das ganze mit Blumen, einem Schlüsselchen und Metallzahnrädern und einem Medaillon verziert. The focal point is a stamp from LaBlanche, which I stamped with Archival Ink Jet Black and clear embossed. I layered it with papers from Canvas Corps Brands, a diecut clockface, and some paper scraps from my stash. I stamped the sentiment "Good luck" and added flowers, a key and metal gears and a metal medallion.

 

 
Auf der Innenseite der Karte sind wieder Papiere von  Canvas Corps Brands und ein Spruch, den ich sehr mag, ausgedruckt und aufgeklebt.
The inside of the card I embellished with papers from Canvas Corps Brands again and added a sentiment, I like very much:

Mixed Media Challenge for C´est Magnifique Kits!

Hello friends!
 It´s time to show you the second Mixed Media Challenge I hosted for
 C´est Magnifique Kits!

How does it work and what are you asked to do?  Every month we will ask you to use a Mixed Media Technique, special art supplies, ......... well, stay curious, what we will bring you in future! We will show you a Technique Tutorial so you can easily imitate on your project.

And the best of all, it is an Anything Goes Challenge! That means you can create, whatever your heart desires - create a layout, canvas, card, altered project, OTP project, art journal page.......... whatever you want! Of course you can combine our challenges, you only have to follow the rules.

It´s really fun and easy, isn´t it?
